Schedule a Session.

Due to our ongoing commercial photography projects, headshot appointments are currently by request only. Email: hello@kylefordphoto.com to inquire about availability.

We are available Monday through Friday from 11am-5pm and only accept 1 session a day. We can try to accommodate requests for a weekend or off hour, when possible.

A full payment of the session fee is required to book a spot on our calendar. Once paid, you’ll just be responsible for the images that you decide to purchase on the day of the shoot and any add-ons like hair, makeup, or wardrobe and props.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Square. We also welcome payment with cash, check, bitcoin, Zelle, or ACH transfer.

In order to make sure we capture your perfect shot, we like work with a soft stop time. We want you to be thrilled with your photos, so we request that you not schedule anything immediate after your session.

Our studio is located at Ford Media Lab in Clearwater, FL, (3350 Ulmerton Rd #15, Clearwater, FL 33762).
