Our professional headshot sessions have a flat $499 session fee due at booking.
The session fee includes: 60 minutes of shoot time, a 30 minute photo review, and 3 retouched high-res photos delivered a week after selection. Any additional photos you choose to purchase from your session are $99 per photo.
On-site sessions may also be subject to a location fee, depending on necessary travel.

A professional headshot session is up close and personal. All images are shot from the chest up with a three-light setup designed specifically for a polished, modern look. We’ll coach you toward your perfect photo, while capturing your best angles and expressions. We generally stick to a solid background color (white, black, or gray). These sessions usually last around 60 minutes, but we’ll spend however long is needed to ensure that you are excited about the outcome. We never want you to feel rushed, unless you have less time to give.
CORPORATE HEADSHOT Sessions (GROUP RATES)
Our corporate sessions are designed for groups that need a consistent look and feel for their company headshots. While our corporate clients sometimes come to our studio for a group session, we generally setup at a location of your choice (office, board room, hotel conference, etc.). Our group pricing consists of a day rate (% of $2,664/day), location fee ($250/day), and any travel expenses to and from the location. Group sessions include 1 retouched image per person. Additional images available for $99/image. For groups of 23+, two days of shooting are likely necessary and additional day rate and location fees will apply. You can view our 2023 group rate estimates here, but please contact us directly to discuss the scope of your project and get specific pricing for your organization. Many companies also have an ongoing relationship with us that allows their new employees the option of dropping by our studio at their convenience.
